Another great get together for the Brisbane
Scquilters. As usual lots of chatting and laughing and a little bit of sewing, and just a spot of table dancing. Here is a photo of some of them hard at it.
For show and tell, Sharon had this gorgeous wool pin cushion.

This lovely journal cover...
And this very beautiful daisy quilt.
Robyn has this very handy thread tidy...
and a very cute teddy bear mug.
Pamela had a spectacular wall hanging made from material she hand dyed herself.

As well as the next one of the Sue Spargo blocks she is working on.
Julie had this lovely mini wall hanging...

and this cute wall hanging will ballet dancers...

and these amazing cards.
I'm sorry I missed Julie table-dancing! Perhaps she can repeat the performance next month?? I was at a Sharon Schamber workshop, and I hate to say it, but I think I would have passed on the class just to see Julie dancing on tables! Lol. Was actually a fabulous workshop, and I wouldn't have missed it for quids (as they used to say in the old language). Helen, who is the gorgeous baby outfit for? Not telling us anything perchance? ;-) See you all on 10/9, Shaaryn
ReplyDeleteThere will be no repeat of my table dancing, especially when there is always a camera at the ready!! Another wonderful GTG that's for sure!
